I am one of those who forget to drink water. A couple of friends in a group text reminded me to drink. It was like a competition. There are also apps to remind you on your phone or watch if you use those. The Noom and Loose It apps are great for helping you keep track of everything. I've used both.
Baby steps seem to be the only way I can get myself to make ANY changes these days; Drinking a pint of plain water before doing anything else - every day for a few months now. I'd taken to parking my butt on a chair on the patio while letting Schultz out a few months ago, and then on a whim, I began NOT sitting on Jan. 1st and so far have a perfect record of remaining vertical (and even walking around some!) It CAN be done, and I'm just the person to do it. ❤️
You have always modeled for everyone how to strive to have balance in your life, and continually offer words of wisdom, or opportunities: you suggested we try Yoga with Adriene in the fall. I dutifully signed up, then got injured, and had to stop. Fast forward to the new year, and me still feeling sluggish. I had saved all 30 days and just completed Day 5. I am grounded, I am at peace, and I am grateful for you and your example. I guess "Just do it!" isn't a bad slogan to adopt, right? The weight, the stress, the fatigue will come off the same way it came on--one pound, one moment, one day at a time. Hang in there and know that you have many, many comrades on your journey to wellness! Namaste, my friend.
Elizabeth! How is your hand? I'm so glad you didn't give up. Take it easy, take it slow, but TAKE IT. It's yours. I do her 30-day Flow series. For some reason it really resonates with me. I just keep doing it over and over. It never gets old. And I feel so much better. Much love to you my friend.

Good luck. I haven’t started marketing the same habits needing to change.
